In 2024, Travis reached a defining milestone in his career by transitioning from Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman to Broker-Owner of Travis Steward Real Estate, building on years of experience serving clients across diverse and competitive real estate markets. Today, he leads a team of experienced professionals delivering personalized guidance, strategic marketing, and results-driven service tailored to each client’s goals.

Travis’ connection to real estate began early. While pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Central Florida, he earned his real estate license as a college sophomore. Growing up on Long Island, he developed an appreciation for the unique markets and communities stretching from New York City through Long Island and the Hamptons, while his professional experience has expanded his reach to Florida and Georgia.

Throughout his career, Travis has been recognized for his market expertise and accomplishments. He was featured on HGTV’s Beach Hunters in Melbourne Beach, Florida, and was named a Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network. His notable sales include a landmark multimillion-dollar property in Bedford-Stuyvesant, one of the neighborhood’s last nearly original preserved homes.
